Lee Heatherton, RE: your posky/pic merge

Featured Replies

Hi Lee,I'm using your V3 Posky/PIC merge with the V3 Posky 767 visual model and the orginal PIC .air file. Works really great but I seem to notice that braking strength with your merge seems to be a lot higher than with the original FS2002 PIC aircraft.cfg file. Is there any way this could be true or is it just my imagination? :) You mentioned in the readme files that you had to make some adjustments to get the Posky model and the PIC autobrake system to mesh properly. Thanks a lot for your merge, I'm really enjoying it.Don't take life too seriously- you'll never get out alive anyway

I don't think it is any stronger. Anyone else using my merge want to comment? You aren't manually braking at the same time, are you?The thing about the autobraking had to do with having too many gear contact points seemed to disable PIC's autobraking entirely. Don't ask me why. Once I went down to 3 gear points (like Wilco) autobraking worked fine once again.I usually use autobrakes 2 on a long runway and end up using 60-75% of the runway.Lee Hetherington (KBOS)

I did not notice any obvious difference.Michael J.

Lee, Would you be kind enough and send me your merge files so I can use the New Ver3 Posky 767-300 with PIC.Thanks,Dale [email protected]
