Can I use, the BCRS option for example; if there's ILS only on the opposing heading/runway, will that work right ? And would this be done in real world flying ?

And >would this be done in real world flying ?No, defintely not done in real world flying. If there is an ILS it is wrong to assume there is a BCRS as well. You definitely can't fly BCRS unless it is listed as available approach and has its own approach chart. Michael J.
