August 30, 200223 yr Hi,I've been using 767 PIC for quite awhile and I've just ran into my first snag. I've installed the 1.2 and 1.3 patch. I'm using FS2002 and Win XP Pro.When I go to the DEP/ARR page on the FMC for example KLAX Departures, its not showing all of the SIDS. I went into the NAVDATA folder and they are all there. It's the same for any other airport. I've tried installing the SIDS/STARS again but it didn't help.Any ideas? I haven't reinstalled PIC yet, I'm saving that as a last resort. Thanks in advance!Ken
August 30, 200223 yr What 1.2 and 1.3 patches are you referring to?There's only one patch for 767 PIC with FS 2002.
August 30, 200223 yr The 1.2 patch makes PIC compatible with FS2k2 and the 1.3 patch is for 3rd party software/hardware.Both of these patches are on the Wilco Web Site.Ken
August 31, 200223 yr I'm on the waiting list for the MCP... #192 Hopefully I'll get it before the end of the year...Ken
August 31, 200223 yr But why would you want to install the MCP patch before you've got the product ?? - Dean P3Dv4 & XP11 space
August 31, 200223 yr I've always been one to apply upgrade patches whenever they come out. If it doesn't work I can always roll back to a previous version.Anyways, this patch isn't just for the MCP but for other software/hardware as well. I've flown with this patch installed for several different flights and haven't seen any problems (other than the SID/STAR issue which was present prior to applying the 1.3 patch).Ken
August 31, 200223 yr Ken,If you read this forum regularly, you would have seen reports of rudder spikes apparently caused by installing the MCP patch without the hardware installed. But if you say that the SID/STAR problem you're experience occurred before installing the last patch then I'm out of ideas about what could be causing the problem.
