Keith, the ESInsaller is shown as 2.4 (2013-09-03) Is it even possible to get an updated ESI now ES are no more?

I spent most of today trying to get this IOM DVD into P3D V3 without luck. It's a combination of an old ESI installer, that will not update, and the inability to extract the compressed files. This is even before I can attempt to insert it into P3D. Anyone who can offer some pointers would be most appreciated. Tutorial anywhere?

Got my DVDs today. Installing into v3 as I type. Fingers crossed.

After much head scratching with V3 it looks like i'm going to consign my 14 year old Saitek 3D Cyborg stick to the bin. It is behaving very eratically - left turns constant, no min max throttle. Anyone recommend a left handed twist rudder joystick, that performs well in V3. Thanks.

Is it recommended to uninstall 2.5 and it's add-ons before installing V3? I can see running two versions of P3D might cause problems when installing.

Run ASN on a second PC. You don't need a high spec machine, just something to offload the CPU cycles.

So this driver is of no benefit to single card (970) users?

Nothing has ever bettered the 344.16's for me in my GTX970.

I found both the brightness and size a little too bright and large in UTX2. Reducing Diffusion to 50% and Object size to 0.7, looks a bit more realistic.

You do realise you won't be able to install new scenery automatically though? It would be a long winded exercise everytime, adding/ moving from different scenery.cfg's. New Orbx releases would definitely be out though because of the change to FTX Central. Oh, and greetings from a fellow UKV Pilot. Currently over Greenland
