November 30, 200223 yr Does everyone who is using 767 PIC with the latest patches etc have the pushback option not available to them in FS2002 in the PIC menu?I never have a pushback option even though there is no external power or anything connected to the aircraft. Was the pushback feature in PIC just for FS 2000 ? I realise that FS2002 has its own pushback feature but I still can't turn it during the pushback on my laptop. Thanks BARGE
December 1, 200223 yr The pushback feature in PIC 767 was not implemented in the FS2002 patch. So to answer your question, yes...the feature works in FS2000 but it's not available after you patch 767 PIC to use in FS2002.The native FS2002 pushback feature requires patience, you have to wait for the aircraft to travel its length before it turns in the direction you want. So after you press SHIFT+P to start pushback, wait for the aircraft to be pushed back its entire length the you can hit 1 or 2 on the main keyboard to turn it in your preferred direction.
December 2, 200223 yr Just as an additional note to that of WorkingStiff's.A number of add-on aircraft will not work with the default SHIFT+P; a workaround was mentioned some time ago to reassign the push-back to a key, or key combination that does not include the SHIFT key.I cannot remember if the 767PIC is affected by this but I reassigned my push-back to 'r' and it works with the PSS a/c, Df737 & 767PIC.HTH
December 2, 200223 yr Yes but how do you get the plane to turn left and right? When you hit the 1 and 2 keys to turn left or right, it doesn't work. Even if you reassign the pushback key to something else. Thanks,Brian
