March 11, 200323 yr Thats not the case MB327 as I am well aware of PIC's FDE and I did not tamper with it in any way. I have also given many people advice on why they were having electrical problems with the ifdg757v2/PIC panel and that had to do with PIC electrical section missing from the aircraft cfg. I am convinced that patch 1.3 was causing problems with Lee's IVSI/TCAS gauge as once I reverted back to patch 1.2 the shading problem was resolved.Regards,Van LatendresseYeoDesigns Panel/FDE Designer
March 16, 200323 yr I don't know when it will be ready, and I am taking a bit of a break from it. I don't know if there will be an intermediate version to fix some of the problems some folks are seeing.Lee Hetherington (KBED)http://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg
March 18, 200323 yr Hi,I have found that the problem (in my case) was that the Alternator switch was turned off. I simply changed aircraft to the C172 and found the switch off. I turned it on, changed back to the 757 containing the PIC panel and saved the flight. This seems to solve the problem, I hope.Kind regards,Bj
March 18, 200323 yr I think your break is definitely deserved! Fantastic work for an already outstanding panel. Thanks again for your work. ;)
March 20, 200323 yr hey lee. Tip Top job buddy. just curious. i am not familiar with programming. i do ##### around quite a bit with moving, sizing, etc with gauges. just wonderin, if i wanted to change your gauge from that tan color to grey how would i do so? thx
March 20, 200323 yr Lee,what type of IVSI/TCAS does your gauge simulate? Is it Honeywell or another manufacturer? What would be the exact name of your TCAS in real world? Thanks for your answer!MichaelLOWW
March 20, 200323 yr There is an application in one of the download libraries, sorry can't remember the name, that can extract and replace bitmaps contained in gauges. One could use that to extract the two bitmaps contained within, edit them in Photoshop or similar, and then replace the ones in the gauge. I don't know how well this would work, specifically my guage attempting to match the shading on the panel.Lee Hetherington (KBED)http://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg
