I know that 2.95 works, so give that a whirl.........Best Wishes,Randy J. [email protected]" A little learning is a dangerous thing"AMD XP 2100 |MUNCHKIN 512 DDR RAM |ECS[/b ] K7S5A MB |[b]GF3 64 MEG |WIN XP PRO |MITSUBISHI DIAMOND PLUS 91 19"

Nope, no still the same problem. But thanks for the tip

Only the whole VSI gauge, and depending on the aircraft (I'm using the PIC panel also with other B767 models then the standard PIC B767)it even isn't visual at all.

I also installed it today for the first time and the whole gauge flashes off and on, about once or twice per second. After awhile (5 minutes?) it goes dark. Using FSUIPC 2.94. Don't have 2.95 and doesn't look like you can get it from Pete's site anymore.Tried also 2.972 and still blinks. Went dark in about one minute this time. Thanks.Andy

The whole gauge flashing would have nothing to do with FSUIPC. When you say "it goes dark" do you mean the entire area where the gauge is goes black? Is the border of the gauge still visible? hey lee. here is what i get. as soon as my panel loads, the gauge is there but the screen on the gauge is black

For me the lighting on the VSI flickers and has a hard time trying to match the rest of the panel. It isn't very noticable during daytime, since the color/light variations are quite small. But at night it goes from dark to the dome-lit beige every few seconds. The VSI display itself is always readable though - and it was great to have when flying VATSIM tonight!By the way, I'm using the 1.3 patch (I installed before I knew about the problems, and I've been too lazy to go back).Martin767 fetishistIt's a lot like life and that's what's appealing

i didn't realize you actually have to be airborne before it works

I can vouch for the shading problems with the 1.3 patch. I was having a lot of strange problems with the shading of the gauge, seems it would constantly try and update to the proper panel lighting at various times of the day and then it would freeze. The border would also turn black leaving just the IVSI/TCAS visible without its brown trim. Once I reverted back to the 1.2 patch via reinstalling PIC, then the 1.2 patch, all the problems ceased and the gauge functions perfectly. I highly recommend for those with patch 1.3 to revert back to 1.2 unless you absolutely need 1.3 for third party hardware.I must say Lee that you did a wonderful job and service to the flightsim community by creating such a wonderful gauge!Regards,Van LatendresseYeoDesigns Panel/FDE Designer

Hi all,Have the same problem here. When on the ground the VSI will work for a few minutes and then go dead (black gauge screen). When I get airborne and press shift-M it goes back on again. After landing the gauge will stay on for a few minutes and goes dead again, on the ground shift-M doesn't seem to work.Kind regards,Bj

Sorry if this may sound stupid, but I only find 1 file on the avsim server, no version 1.2/1.3... Am I missing something ?Bj
