If you're talking about installing it in FS2002, place it in FS2002FMCWPnavdataFlightPlans.

or maybe you meant that you want to convert a PIC format flightplan in a FS2002 format plan. For this you may want to use pic2fs12.zip a freeware available on many flight sim web sites.Michael
