Sounds to me like typical American politics will slow it down. Yes I am from the US. I was in the air force for quite awhile and I had a friend who worked on the KC 135's. They kept his shop pretty busy. I just figure the KC 135's might be getting a little old. I do want to say I dont know that for sure just the perception I got. It might definately be time for a new tanker.Andrew
