June 19, 200322 yr Commercial Member We will be rid of RW once and for all shortly... the AVC (Advanced Voice Client) is currently in beta testing and will do away with RW once it's released. ASRC 1.1 will have an integrated form of AVC for the controllers... Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
June 20, 200322 yr Don't know if it's true but one of our guys on the Mainland forum said make sure you don't answer yes to down load the new version cause then it's payware. Louis
June 20, 200322 yr Alas, I clicked the update button. The new version does not work. I e-mailed RW support and explained the problem. Received a message from a support person with this quote:"The new version is not compatible to the old, please make sure all of the users including the host are using the new version."My question to the forum is this: Can I re-install a previous version I have as backup,(RW_MK1D.EXE May 23, 2002), and expect to go back as it was? Do I need to uninstall the new version, or overwrite the new version with the old? (The new version overwrote the old on installation.)RW down and out in Mississippi...Horace Riley
