GoFlight (GF-MCP) Autopilot Module with PIC 767

Featured Replies

I am checking to see if anyone uses the GoFlight (GF-MCP) Autopilot Module with PIC 767, and if it works fully. I have the lastest patches from GoFlight website and have tried to contact their support staff with this question, using their hardware with the PIC add on software, and have heard nothing. So I thought I would see if anyone has run into the same problem and if it is fixable. Thanks.

Hi,I know a guy who has a GF-MCP, but it did not work with PIC767! The GoFlight MCP is using the FS2002/4 MCP interface parameters. However, PIC767 has its own MCP implementation that does not fully conform to the FS2002/4 interface. There are only a few things that work, like altimeter and heading. There is only one hardware MCP that fully interoperates with PIC, after you have installed the patch (from the wilco pub site), and that's the MCP from a company called Aerosoft in Australia. Unfortunately they are not producing that superb product anymore...Nicowww.nicokaan.nlfc.php?vatsim=814584&indicator=OD1&a=pic767.jpg
