All he is doing is getting that "real" feeling of having a broken plane parked at the gate and a few hundred pax milling about and asking him "When will the plane be fixed".Somehow I know in his mind he is standing at the podium looking at each inquiry from business travellers who think they know how to run an airline and how to "fix" it.Rumor has it (Ok, I just created this rumor) that A&E "Airline" show will feature this in an upcoming episode. It will be a half-hour of Wade and crew reading silly emails about "when will it be ready". (Actually it would be better than what the real "Airline" shows presents...."Stupid, Drunk, Passenger Tricks")You gotta admire someone who is willing to go that extra mile to get a small taste of what flying the line is all about.Now if they'd just open the virtual bar carts up....Tim__757

While on the other hand, with Flight1 just releasing their ATR project, I would imagine they would not want something as popular as the LDS767 (which Flight1 is publishing) to be released anytime soon as I imagine they would want the ATR in the spotlight for a time being. As they are the publisher, I guess they can do that. If I were a betting man, I would say we are still a few weeks away from seeing the 767.

Interesting, I suspect you might be right. Although the ATR caters to a different simmer, being a prop and commuter aircraft they might decide to release the 767 later because of this.What is everyones guess when the 767 will come out? Mine would be in three weeks.

I hate to be the one to say this but here it is anyway:"Autumn begins approx. Sept.21th and isn't over until approx. Dec.21th of this current year." So, with that said, and once again I hate to say it again, but the last scene in the LDS767 promo stated: "Autumn 2004"Regards,jack

Unfortunatley this is a marketing technique which Flight1 uses...and unfortunatley there is another release yet to come the 'Dreamfleet 727' which means we'll have to wait for the ATR to finish with the spolight and judging by the anticipation of the ATR that will be a while and then it will be passed to the 727 which is another highly anticipated release so it seems the 767 could be quite some time away.of course I could be completely wrong but I wouldnt expect to see this till December at the earliest. Shame Im really looking forward to this release.Scott

To stay in the guessing line...Another valid guess would be that the publishers are trying to release the 767 before christmas, what is a common marketing strategy not only for FS related products, as we all know. And that's not too far away...:-)So my guess is that we will see several highly anticipated addons (including another Boeing long range AC!), designed and released by various companies, released just before christmas.Regards,Raffael

Great! Another 7 weeks. I guess when they say Autumn 2004, its looking more likely they are going to push that to the actual very last day of it:(

I was thinking of christmas myself but since Flight1 mainly ships in downloads I cant see there being that much of a rush for downloads at christmas and its unlikely we will see a boxed version in time if we were they would be more closer to giving a release date so we know to put it on our lists :)I would say christmas is a good bet but I wouldnt put too much hope. To be honest I never paid much attention to the 'Autumn 2004' as more and more computer products keep getting delayed Ive stopped paying attention to dates. I Just wish there was more information floating around at least. The video just seemed to pop out of nowhere Level-D havnt got a site and there is no mention of the 767 at Flight1.com.With so little information around especially with the success of the 767PIC it seems very unlikely to be released soon it just really dosnt feel like its ready.... of course again I could be completely wrong :)
