I’m satisfied with MSFS weather and always fly in real time. Zero need for historical wx. MS24 likely out in 6 months as well. And I don’t want yet another external program running in the background. It’s a no from me.

Think I’ll stay on the sidelines for now. This screams integration problems for live weather with various 3rd party aircraft and wind uplink with Fenix, etc… Looks like a more polished REX weather engine and all the limitations with the closed weather system.

Not sure how I missed this one but PacSim released KGSP. Just picked it up and man it looks good! They also announced KCMH as their next one. Homebase for any NetJets pilots. Will be a must buy for sure. Scenes for pilots who deviate from the norm. - PacSim Online (islandsim.com)

Would not be surprised at all if the iniBuilds NEO is the cause of this long delay. They are still patching the A300. Also would not be surprised if it gets delayed again into May. They want this for the Xbox crowd because the PC folks already have the great FBW one. I for one could care less about this NEO.

If it is the iniBuilds NEO that is delaying it I will say I’m not surprised in the least. They have a proven track record of releasing bugged products that require multiple patches post release to get sorted. Their A300 I believe is up to 9 patches now since release just a few months ago. All their sceneries get released with terrible optimization requiring numerous patches. I hold very little hope for their A350 not needing 5 to 10 patches before it’s useable when released. They have a awful internal testing process or QA process it appears and from the outside their large growth rate with corresponding company head count has failed to be managed properly resulting in one bugged release after another.

Does this solve the much dimmer night lighting with DLSS vs. the brighter TAA nighttime lights?

The one main thing about DLSS that you don't have with TAA, dimmer night lighting. Airport taxi lighting and ground lighting as a whole are much dimmer with DLSS than TAA. Don't know why but this is one of the reasons I've gone back to TAA.

Yea, I have the Steam version myself and don’t have any of these reported issues. Fully plan on staying with Steam for MSFS2024.
