  1. Are you using TrueEarth Florida from Orbx? Does it play nice with KMCO? And for that matter, does it play nice with your KMIA, KFLL, KRSW?
  2. Can someone with FB let Cesar at Taxi2Gate know the DL in v5 is not working. He had this issue with the updated LFPG. He will fix it in short order if someone let's him know. Give the guy a chance gents, we don't get much for P3D as it is.... EDIT: NVM, he is already aware and is working on it. Couple other fixes including United logo on hangar and a grass issue at 35L.
  3. Instabuy. Will be in and out of this airport all weekend on Vatsim.
  4. Heads up fellow P3D peeps, Cyril E. King International Airport (IATA: STT, ICAO: TIST, FAA LID: STT), was just released on Simmarket. All new with all P3D v5 bells and whistles. Looks pretty good and intend to purchase tomorrow. I know we don't get much P3D scenery releases anymore and places like FSElite rarely cover these releases.
  5. Version 1 of T2G never was quite right in P3D v5. You had to use other files from others to get it work right and it was just not the best look. This upcoming version will be made for P3D v5 (and v4) with all new night lighting, new textures, etc... This will be well worth the cost of the upgrade. Vatsim traffic is going to tick way up at Orlando when this is released.
  6. T2G updated their cover photo on FB. Looks to not be too far off from release. And yes, P3D.
  7. So much for actually looking at the product and just going by the OP post. Majority of it is free and it tracks all your aircraft fleet by type and registration, all your flights (sortable by aircraft, month, etc...) including route flown, length, landing data, etc..., integrated aviation map for all of the US, Low and High airways for the whole world, NAT tracks (airways and NAT tracks if you have Navigraph subscription which many do), weather radar with like 6 different radar options and online map for Vatsim, IVAO and PilotEdge. All of that for free (save for Navigraph subscription for just two of the aforementioned features, rest are free). Some of you need to do a little research and not be lazy and merely go off the OP post. Wow.....
  8. Looks to me this is still broken. I have max CDD at 150 and minimum CDD at 145. Don't see any difference over previous builds with 7900 installed. This is with EA on, volumetric clouds off. @Damian Clark

    Clouds

I'm leery of the public alpha build, especially on longer flights over 6 hours.
  10. Wow, impressed with the 7900 change log. Looking forward to trying it tomorrow.
  11. The serpia coloring in this night shot is blown out way too much. Looks worse than P3D.
  12. One thing I am looking forward to upon further reflection is T2G is redoing KMCO for P3D. Now that is something I will get the minute it is out. His redo of his CDG scenery was done very good.
  13. In the grand scheme of things, that's not very much at all. A trickle at best. But I have a ton of good P3D airports to get me by while I wait to see how the FS landscape pans out.
  14. Not much unfortunately. You can tell the waning interest in P3D by looking at the timestamps in this forum. They grow longer between posts with each passing month.
  15. The EA volumetric clouds are set to a default of global theme in TruSky, even with AS3PD running. If you turn off volumetric clouds (can keep EA on for sky, etc..) and use something like ASCA set to dynamic them, then you will get a more true weather picture. With Global Theme, the weather of where you are at is replicated the whole world over, hence why you cannot see different weather in the distance. HiFi has their software ready to go if/when LM allows dynamic theme volumetric clouds with TruSky.
  16. Does this update to Sky Force solve the issue that was occurring on longer flights and simconnect becoming flooded? I think it was on flights over 6 hours? I would like to use Sky Force with AS3PD and Envtex.
  17. Did REX ever address the simconnect issue on flights longer than 6 hours and the sim locking up? @fluffyflops
  18. You're wasting your time with this person. He lacks any comprehension skills.
  19. Once again, your reply indicates lack of any comprehension of the reply. This seems to be a theme with you. He is talking about development of scenery and the conversion of existing airports in MSFS for this update and future development. Seriously, you need to actually read and not guess.
  20. I think the real thing people should be worried about is the post earlier in this thread with the guy who has 3 sons with xbox, one deleted it within an hour and the older one found it boring. I think most people using an Xbox enjoy it mostly for fortnight and shooter type games such as COD and Battlefield series. While the above sampling is miniscule, it does portend, I think, your typical Xbox user. The people playing Xbox like getting on with their friends and shooting things up. That's PS and Xbox bread and butter. MS took a big chance with MSFS and Xbox but I fear while many will try it because it's something new, it's staying power will not be anywhere near what they hoped for. The next Battlefield release is coming, now that will have staying power. MSFS will be a long distant memory for many by then on Xbox. The worry then is, if the grand Xbox release doesn't satisfy the finance department, then what?
  21. How does one lock the splash screen to 60fps?
