  1. I picked up the DD Narita and I like it a lot. It is definitely well worth the price being charged. Does anyone know if the Technobrain RJTT works in P3dv5? Cheers, Pete
  2. I also thought I heard that the Aerosoft CRJ, which I happen to enjoy, is quite a ways along and may be available in the near term. I could be wrong though, but I would be eager to see that in MSFS. Cheer, Pete
  3. That is a good point, and I agree with you. What is good for some of us certainly isn't the case for all of us. Anyway, I am happy using P3D until MSFS features the aircraft that appeal to me. Cheers, Pete
  4. Perhaps I don't have much of an attention span, but I wonder in a few months from now and still no quality airliners in MSFS, if the negativity may start to domino. I do think MSFS has amazing potential, but I am thinking that over time more and more folks will start to become bored with the current aircraft available. I suppose only time will tell. I have pretty much hit that point already. Cheers, Pete
  5. Agreed, the scenery is stunning, but I lose interest too fast. Couple that with the fact that I am a real world pilot, I really only enjoy flying aircraft I can't fly in real life. If they added a Piper Warrior that would help however. Cheers, Pete
  6. This is a bummer. I am not overly impressed with the default A320 even with the mods that have been made available. In fact, I don't really like the stability of any of the default MSFS aircraft, as I find them all somewhat difficult to control. Cheers, Pete
  7. I’m not in any hurry since I am waiting for some good airliners, so I suppose I will wait for a sale. Cheers, Pete
  8. I just saw that Orbx has released Gothenburg for MSFS. It seems to me that the discount of 20% for previous P3D owners is a bit on the lean side. I am saying this in comparison to many other developers. For example, LatinVFR offered the KBDL for free to owners of the P3D version. I thought they used to offer 40% for bundle discounts, such as X-Plane product if you had the P3D version. This just seems odd to me. Cheers, Pete
  9. Looks like an insta-buy for me. Awesome news! Cheers, Pete
  10. The QW 787 is a very good aircraft and the price is definitely right. I have no issues with this plane. Cheers, Pete
  11. This may be my first MSFS addon purchase as well. You can’t beat $7 for this quality of work. Here’s to hoping a good airliner comes soon. Cheers, Pete
  12. I have never had bad Chinese food. Even when it is bad, it is still pretty good. Cheers, Pete
  13. Is it recommended that we back up the Community folder before any patches? I have typically done nothing before the other patches, but perhaps I am not doing this right? I wasn't aware that the patches delete any previous addons. Cheers, Pete
  14. In my opinion, if you expect certain products to be perfect (I am not talking about cars or other pieces of machinery!), you will often be disappointed. The fact is that something like an addon airport can likely never be perfect. I have purchased a ton of Aerosoft products, and for the most part they have been good enough to meet my expectations. Some have been better than others. I know bugs can be annoying, but I am not seeing any show stoppers with this latest release. They have certainly put out a few duds over the years, but the duds are by far the minority in my opinion. As I said earlier, LLBG seems very good to me. That said, I don't fly around the airport in a drone looking for errors, so perhaps I am missing some of these bugs. Cheers, Pete
