Question about the FMC (screenshot)

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,I just can't wait for this great project, just like you all, but I got a question, maybe someone can help...I've seen some screenshots from Level-D web site, and I had a special attention to this one " http://www.leveldsim.com/images/panel/some_new_failures.jpg "The question is... Is this the only way to see the FMC? I mean, It will appears always with this blue border, or is there a way to see it borderless? Thanks a lot,Bruno

Hi,The FMC in that screenshot has a blue border only because it has been undocked in the panel. Also, if the user has the CLASSIC Windows style selected, the border will look different. If you don't undock it (which is basically only needed if you want to move it to another monitor), you won't have any borders on it and you can still move it around and resize as you wish.Undocking btw is easy: just right click on the gauge and select "undock".rgdsTero

I think you will find that the window can be docked in a position that suits you. Of course Mr Chafe or Mr Crenier could come charging in and prove me wrong.and do I care? No, because then we will have a definitive answer.Andy b

Hi Tero, thanks for help.I don't have plans to use a second monitor, at least for now. But if I can use only one monitor, running the FS in fullscreen mode, and have the FMC borderless, that's fine for me. It's the only thing I need. Thanks again, thank you Andy too.Bruno
