May 14, 200521 yr One question those shopping around for a quality 767 with FMC might have is: "Does it use the default GPS, or no GPS at all?" Different folks will be looking for different answers. The answer I hope to hear is: "There is no GPS/GNS icon or window: Don't need no stinkin' GNS." I have looked through the site and the manual, and found no hint of a GPS/GNS.If that is true, then the absence of the GPS/GNS and the capability for resuming saved flights with no loss of FMC data ought to be on the front page, above the fold, of the marketing plan, not buried in Section F between the pet obits and the Police Blotter. They are both selling points. So, what is the answer? Will one of my last sales objections disappear, much to the chagrin of my wallet? I hope all are having a great weekend!
