Anyone know of a utility that can convert rte format flight plans made by the FMC to pln format for FS2004? Or are there any Flights Planners eg FSCommnander FSNav etc that can read FMC rte format plans?Thanks Kos

Programs like FS Build can send a flight plan to both the FMC database and the default FS flight planner. Just create the plan in FS Build, then convert send it to the various addons and default. Does that help?

Thanks Bob. I have several dozen plans I made with the FMC so I am looking for a quick way to load then into FS2004. Looks like I'll have to do the extra step of re-creating them with a Flight Planner and then exporting them into FS2004 as you suggested. I know a number of the Flight Planners can export to the FMC format, but I am yet to find one that can import plans created by the FMC (rte format).Best RegardsKos
