Rain effects!!

Featured Replies

Hi,When you taxi on grass you can throw up dirt so could it be possible to create an effect so that when you land or taxi in the wet you throw up water? I've seen effects in the library that simulate mud.... I think; so could someone make a water effect? I don't know how you could couple it to wet weather though.-Paul

Paul,If only I could help you. I love the idea of seeing water splashing everywhere. Another effect I would love to see is the spray that an airliner's jet causes on surface water when on take off roll or landing. FS2004 any one?Regards,Adam Nardone.

hehe..try X-Plane.I love the rain effects taht the plane makes. When you cross over the treshhold on a rainy day you see a cloud of water get kicked up by the engine thrust....on touchdown the wheels kick up water...and when you apply reverse thrust you get a huge cloud of water atound your engines and in front of them....I love that effect.Take careMike
