June 14, 200223 yr Hi guys, perhaps you may have noticed that Mac RadarScope, a new freeware ProController-like Radar Client has been released a few days ago. The rumor though is that a very very nice new radar program will be released for Windows in the comming summer months... June 16, 200223 yr Author >The rumor though is that a very very nice new radar program will be>released for Windows in the comming summer months... I doubt it. AFAIK the Server, the Radar Client and the Pilots Client are intended to be replaced together with new software when it is finished, and the very vew info we get from the developers indicate that it is still a long way to go.Yours,Martin Georg/EDDFTeamchef Eurowings VAmailto:[email protected]http://home.t-online.de/home/martin_georg/pictures/EW_MG.jpg Cheers, Martin Georg/EDDF Contributing editor, FS-Magazin

June 27, 200223 yr There have been a number of fairly extensive server changes on VATSIM over the past 6 months with more in beta as I type (well, it won't build as I type, but they were in beta until I broke it).
July 10, 200223 yr What Mike means is that you're correct that Radar Controller is more or less dead. But VATSIM just got a major new set of functions in the servers this week (some of which you cannot yet see) and a new radar client began it's first private beta today.
