Squawkbox logon error and TCAS question

Featured Replies

2 questions I would like some help with.1) I am having all kinds of trouble logging onto USA S2, S1, and getting an error "password or callsign incorrect". I have tried changing the callsign, and have checked and rechecked the password, but no luck. The strange think is that I can successfully log onto OZNET. The problem is that I live in Canada !!!As I understand it, it should not matter which server you log onto, as they all get you onto the system and from there you can see and tune in the controllers in range. I just think it is inefficient to log in half way around the world.2) I have read the Squawkbox/FS2002 tutorial on the VATSIM site, however, I am unable to move TCAS into my FS2002 screen. The only way I can see it is to switch out of FS2002. Is this just a function of the current version of Squawkbox or is there a way to do this.thanks for you help.Mark.

OZNET or OZPACK? The latter is a VATSIM server, I'm not sure about the former. The servers all have the same certificate files on them so what works on one should work on any.If you'd like to contact me via private email with the details you are using, I can verify that what's in the database and what is on the servers matches what you are [email protected] advised, I'm travelling starting in about 3 hours for the weekend so my ability to respond will be limited. I will probably manage to check email once or twice while I'm away, however.cz
