October 31, 200223 yr How many waypoints are there available per *.sb file ? I manually entered all(! ca.40) waypoints for Vienna(LOWW) - Osaka (RJBB), saved it and when I wanted to reopen the file another day all I got was something like : "Too many waypoints, please enter manually" ... so everything again?? I was getting my waypoints out of www.pmflightplanner.com which is quite good for finding out the WPs of airroutes. Is there an easy way to import a source text file (in the format like KOGOL-UM11-SBG-U608) into the SB-FMS.. (not having to type in manually), a procedure that can handle multiple waypoints ? Thank you, J
November 4, 200223 yr I see you use FSNav, try looking for Ernie Alston's many to many flight plan converter called "FSBuild".Or the sbp format is really simple:KABQ:KEWR:0V:LVS :35.657569:-105.135580:0:0:0:0V:LBL :37.044397:-100.971200:0:0:0:0V:ICT :37.745233:-97.583820:0:0:0:0V:MCI :39.285283:-94.737060:0:0:0:0V:IRK :40.134958:-92.591700:0:0:0:0V:BDF :41.159731:-89.587870:0:0:0:0V:JOT :41.546392:-88.318420:0:0:0:0V:ELX :42.144397:-86.122580:0:0:0:0V:CRL :42.048064:-83.457580:0:0:0:0I:DORET:41.801617:-80.584610:0:0:0:0V:SLT :41.512758:-77.970110:0:0:0:0V:FQM :41.338556:-76.774860:0:0:0:0I:HAYED:41.143861:-76.053440:0:18000:0:0I:PENNS:40.880586:-75.109550:0:0:0:0I:SWEET:40.828200:-74.924300:0:7000:0:0The additional zeroes are for speed, altitude and heading after / before etc..
