September 2, 200421 yr Author Solution!Turns out SBRelay uses rich text vis a vis the rich text editor...part of WordPad. The riched.dll file had been corrupted or was missing. The dll is part of the WordPad application/tool in MS Windows. Uninstall/re-install WordPad in the MS Windows set up menu, the dll was restored, back in business.Rob.
