What's up with the weather?

Lately using FS9 I have found the Vatsim weather to be significantly different from the weather I am getting from Serverinfo.Normally I use Activesky but due to severe wind shift I decided to go with VATSIM Wx. Today at LIMC the following weather was pulled from serverinfo.LIMC Milano-Malpensa METAR observed at: 13 Feb 21:20 UTC (1 hours and 16 minutes ago)Winds: CalmVisibility: 6000 metersSky conditions: ClearTemperature: -2 degrees Celsius, Dew point: -3 degrees CelsiusAltimeter setting: 1027 hectopascalDuring my flight I experienced cloud starting at 3000 ft and down to about 800 ft. Vis was about 3 miles. very cloudy and foggy. I have had almost the same weather on every flight for the past few weeks. Is this something to do with my Flight Sim settings? Mark.
