How to register SB for FSUIPC?

Hello all,what are necessary steps to register SB so FSUIPC can work properly? I am able to connect to VATSIM network and use FSHost in FS04. When I try to send a message, I get private message stating that I need to register FSUIPC, but I have no clue how.Thanks all,Andrej
