If you modify an airport with an AFCAD file, does thatmean you'll probably have conflicts with others flying on VATSIM who don't have their airport similarly modified?Thanks in advance.Slugger

Not necessarily, unless the runways are moved significantly. If you're parked harmlessly on a stand, and your AFCAD is different from the norm, you may appear to others to be parked in the middle of nowhere, or partly within a building, but thats about the extent of it when parked.
