Is there anyway to join without a pay email address?I don't have a way to get one and would like to join as it is what my VA uses.Thanks for any help,

I've been a member of VATSIM for 4 years, and over those years my email address has changed numerous times.. As a result, passwords have been lost and I recently had to request a new password and email change from vatsim. Due to circumstances out of my control, I do not have access to an ISP 'paid email address' that VATSIM requires.I tried taking the advice mentioned above by contacting a Mr Marv Thompson(Sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) however I was told TWICE that under no circumstances will they allow a 'free' email provider address to be used, even if you're already a longstanding member - I mentioned my long time involvement with SATCO and VATSIM in the email but I guess it doesn't matter.I'm a bit dissapointed that I can no longer fly on VATSIM and I guess I'll just have to use IVAO for my online flying needs.

Hello,As far as I can say this is not true. I now this issue from similar cases in Germany, and the VATSIM membership department has always resolved such issues. I suggest writing dirdctly to the Vice president of membership, Mr. Ed Hemsley.
