ATC aircraft destinations

Featured Replies

Hello folks,I have noticed in my FS 2002 Pro ATC offers on occasions the "destination" posted at the end of the transmission between tower and aircraft (Ex: ...American 2581, IFR to Philadelphia)Is this a random selection provided by ATC in FS 2002? ORIs there a way to have the destination posted more frequently from flight plans thru the ATC?Any ideas? Thanks for ckingtravelonestar

It is the same restriction of the ATC voice generator, such as Southwest Airlines. If the destination is not encoded in the voice file, then it will not say the destination.

There are several variations of this message, and thus they don't say their destination all the time. You can edit the GVP file (using the GVP decompiler and the MS Voicepack SDK) to remove the other variations (or add the destination to those lines too). For that matter, you could add the destination to any line you want! :)Hope this helps,-- Tom GibsonCalifornia Classic Propliners: http://www.calclassic.com/Cal Classic Alco Page: http://www.calclassic.com/alco/Freeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.com/ San Diego Model RR Museum: http://www.sdmodelrailroadm.com/Drop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
