Hi - I'm going through the VATSIM setup and have read I need either Squawkbox or FSInn with AVC - However, I see I can install SB -and- AVC, and am not sure which combinations (or lack thereof) make sense or work best.Any guidance appreciated.thxAndrew

You don't have to install AVC with Squawbox. If you install FSInn 1.0 you would have to install AVC, however, if you install FSInn1.1 you won't have to install AVC.Either client is easy to install and easy to use. The discussions about which is better is endless with some people getting very animated about their preference. Must like some people are about the difference between using an IBM or MAC.Since I mainly use FSInn, it would be easier for me to answer any problems you might have with your pilot client. However, I installed both with ease on my machine and can easily connect with either.
