DF737 panel help

Featured Replies

Hello,I'm using project magenta and I'd like to modify the DF737 panel to get only:The landing view (all the time)plus1- Views gauge (not sure if it's a gauge)2- Overhead Panel3- SoundsAny idea how to edit the panel.cfg to add the views icons to the landing view ?Thanks,Ulisses

If I understand you correctly, yes you can do that but if you are not use to modifying panel cfgs it might prove a little difficult for you. To make the landing view {fixedwindow 38} the main forward view {window 00} is the key here. You can leave the VCP window {Views Icons}in it's place {window01} but need to posistion it correctly in the landing view. You also need to delete the unwanted windows like the YOKE etc. If you do move the landing view to a forward window you will also get landing lights and rain on the windscreen showing from the cockpit {good thing}. You cannot just add the {view icons} in the current landing panel position.Best Wishes, Randy J. Hi,Thanks for the tips..So fixedwindow are called by gauges ????Is there any doc about editing panels ???? Maybe a software ???Thanks,Ulisses

No fixed windows are not called gauges or by gauges. Fixed windows are what you see when you pan to the side, rear, up, down etc views. Also, I was wrong about the landings lights for this aircraft although if I wanted I might be able to make them work but I don't fly this bird anymore. Change these areas in your panel CFG Ulisses. It will give you the landing panel ALWAYS without the other panels showing and you will also have the views icons always showing. You can also PAN around and see the side views and it will come right back to the landing panel: CHANGE WHERE I HIGHLIGHT AND COPY MINE EXCATLY. You will put a 0 where there was a 1 and for fixedwindow 38 you will put a 1 where there is a 0. Please BACKUP your panel cfg before doing this. {Window00}file=DF734_MAIN.bmpsize_mm=1024position=0visible=0ident=MAIN_PANELgauge00=DF734TM!Main, 660,730,364,38gauge01=DF734HO!MSAS, 537,384,10gauge02=DF734NJ1!SNDB, 0,0gauge03=DF734NJ1!MPLB, 0,0,1024gauge04=DF734NJ1!MPLS, 711,375,42gauge05=DF734NJ1!VSPD, 567,553,85,85gauge06=DF734NJ1!MCOM, 923, 0, 70, 70gauge07=DF734NJ1!ALTA, 566,418,38,18gauge08=DF734GO1!OMI, 163,474,78,75gauge09=DF734NJ1!EADI, 391,401,164gauge10=DF734NJ1!MCP, 581,287,443gauge11=DF734NJ1!EHSI, 392,564,163gauge12=DF734NJ1!APWL, 622,393,81gauge13=DF734NJ1!FUEL, 655,594,112gauge14=DF734NJ1!RMI, 281,567,95gauge15=DF734H!GPWA, 339,399,38gauge16=DF734NJ1!SPDB, 661,555,38gauge17=DF734H!ENGG, 775,453,249gauge18=DF734NJ1!ALTI, 564,453,91,91gauge19=DF734NJ1!ASI, 258,437,125,125gauge20=DF734NJ1!CHRO, 170,563,103,103gauge21=DF734NJ1!STAA, 564,645,94,94gauge22=DF734NJ1!EANU, 790,414,234gauge23=DF734H!NWSS, 259,697,119gauge24=DF734NJ2!SNDA, 0,0,1gauge25=DF734NJ1!SADI, 660,449,95,95gauge26=DF734NJ1!YAWD, 954,377,33gauge27=DF734NJ2!STBT, 727,558,26gauge28=DF734NJ3!TW20, 200, 702gauge29=DF734NJ5!CAUT, 454, 299gauge30=DF734NJ1!BALL, 454, 540gauge31=DF734NJ6!IPCI, 0,0{Window01}file=DF734_VCP.bmp size_mm=380position=6visible=1ident=20gauge00=DF734NJ3!VCP2k2, 173, 0 {Window02}file=DF734_YOKE.bmpsize_mm=411WINDOW_POS=0.26,0.86 window_size_ratio=1.0visible=0ident=21gauge00=DF734H!ETRM, 11,8,25gauge01=DF734H!MEMY, 384,14,22gauge02=DF734H!APDC, 67,85,19{Window03}size_mm=262, 313 BACKGROUND_COLOR=16,16,16position=8visible=0ident=22gauge00=DF734NJ2!THRT, 0, 0gauge01=Df734NJ3!TW22, 240, -5[Window04]size_mm=256, 397position=8BACKGROUND_COLOR=16,16,16visible=0ident=23gauge00=DF734NJ4!GRFP, 0, 0gauge01=Df734NJ3!TW23, 232, -5[Window05]file=DF734_CTR_CONSOLE.bmpsize_mm=539WINDOW_POS=0.48,0.00 window_size_ratio=1.0visible=0ident=24gauge00=DF734NJ1!CCLB2K2, 0,0gauge01=DF734NJ1!EFIS, 15,358,252,161 gauge02=DF734H!GPWP, 269,350,258gauge03=DF734NJ1!TRIM, 272,480gauge04=DF734NJ1!COMM1, 14,128,255,115gauge05=DF734NJ1!ADF2K2, 269,128gauge06=DF734NJ1!XPDR, 269,246gauge07=DF734NJ1!Nav1, 13,11 gauge08=DF734NJ1!Nav2, 268,10 gauge09=DF734NJ1!CCLS2K2, 17, 668gauge10=DF734NJ2!TCCD, 272,646gauge11=DF734NJ1!ASPL2K2, 15,520gauge12=DF734NJ1!COMM2, 14, 243, 255,115[Window06]file=DF734_AFAS.bmp size_mm=379position=0visible=0ident=25Gauge00=DF734H2!AFAS, 0, 0[Window07]file=DF734_OVERHEAD.bmp size_mm=1024position=0visible=0ident=26gauge00=DF734HO!BKGD, 0,0,1024gauge01=DF734HO!ELEC, 280,0,181gauge02=DF734HO!STRT, 410,704,239gauge03=DF734HO!FUEL, 97,409,168gauge04=DF734HO!CALL, 478,447,78gauge05=DF734HO!LTSW, 165,675,231gauge06=DF734HO!RLTS, 706,692,159gauge07=DF734HO!HYDR, 577,310,159gauge08=DF734HO!BAIR, 776,251,141gauge09=DF734HO!OHLT, 488,50,54gauge10=DF734NJ3!TW26, 995,0,25gauge11=DF734HO!AICE, 574,5,164gauge12=DF734HO!PRES, 586,495,346gauge13=DF734HO!COOL, 471,270,83gauge14=DF734HO!DOOR, 579,397,160gauge15=DF734HO!CTMP, 768,78,159gauge16=DF734HO!CVR, 632,440,94gauge17=DF734HO!LEDV, 784,0,120gauge18=DF734HO!FLTC, 102,61,155gauge19=DF734HO!MODE, 83,0,191[Window08]size_mm=252, 350 WINDOW_POS=0.75,0.49 BACKGROUND_COLOR=16,16,16VISIBLE=0ident=27gauge00=gps!gps,0, 0, 252, 350{Window09}size_mm=1024, 379position=0visible=0window_pos=0.0,0.0bwindow_size=1.0,1.0background_color=0,0,0ident=28render_3d_window=1gauge00=DF734H!WIPR, 0, 0, 1024, 379// To remove the wiper, simply put 2 forward slash marks (//) before its reference above.
