Kenhubba hubba !!!Looks awesome...although why did you post images of real panels......LOL !!Could you answer the following, some being obvious, but may save someone else asking aswell:1. What are your panels made of?2. Can you post a pic of the backside (!) of one3. How thick are they?4. Are your panels backlightable?5. Any ideas of aircraft types and/or costs yet?Awesome work man,....!Cheers

Hi,Thanks for your kind words :-)I really don't want to make this forum a vehicle for commercial gain, but to answer your questions:1) The material is clear polycarbonate (Lexan) which is 30 times more durable than acrylic and virtually unbreakable.2) I will have to take a pic of the back...but it is plain, clear.3) The thickness is a full 1/4" and will also have a 1/4" backer for mounting the switches etc. also made from polycarb.4) Backlightable- yes definitely, by your source and I'm looking at alternate means such as EL panels. 5) Types - Starting with my personal favorite, the 747, then the 777 and all others. Costs will be extremely competitive to existing panel manufacturers and possibly lower to better promote more builders to this hobby. My contacts in the orient will be able to provide EL panels, white LEDs at costs far below what is available in the US and I plan to pass this on to everyone. Thanks again for your interest. You can e-mail me at [email protected] for any other questions.KenDakenSkys

>I really don't want to make this forum a vehicle for commercial gain, but to answer your questions:Sounds to me like your offering your services and NOT spamming us with adds! IMHO, I think its fine. I've found allot of great suppliers from browsing these forums.I'm looking for military style panels for a fighter cockpit. Would you be able to make custom panels if I provide you with the layout (drawings? whatever they're called) or are you only looking at creating "mass production" type panels for now in order to keep the cost down?Cheers,-Leo

Hi leo,I'm definately open to help in any way I can, and welcome any opportunity to do custom work as well.Feel free to e-mail me the particulars of what you have, and we'll see how I can [email protected]
