Printing from FS2k2

I have problems with printing out the diplomas in FS2k2.I have two printers connected a inc jet and a laser which ismy default printer.When I try to print from the Lexmark 5700 ink jet FS hangs up andI have to reset. Then I'm told there is print job waiting. WhenI then choose to print only my name get printed.When I try to print on my Epson 5700L laser the diploma is printedinverted that is black instead light and white instead of dark.I use Win98 SE eng Athlon XP 1800+ 256M. (but the same problemexisted with prior Celeron 400MHz with WIN 98 first edition)
