The URL below points to a program called FRAPS. While this has probably been posted before the utility of the program is worth re-posting since new flyers are always coming aboard. The freeware utility presents an FPS number in a corner with one-second samples that seem to tally with FS2002 counts but jumps about a lot less and offers a more understandable average.
