Latest CCC Attempt :)

Featured Replies

I thought I would spend some time trying to get things going with CCC and this is my current one. It's used for my bae to start the engines, not everything is there, and I'm not sure it's 100% correct, but it's certainly a better option than dummy switches.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/101116.gif

Haven't you noticed that 75% of the CCC is bugged?:(I have fairly complex designs ready, but they are still useless until next release.

Yeah, the things that I seem to find have the biggest problem is the timers, the first time works correctly, then the next time may or may not etc.I find that the fuel pump register doesn't always stay in one step. But having said that - this still works for now - but I wouldn't look forward to adding in the leds etc.The next version could be a long way off, and we haven't seen anything public from Dirk, so I'm not really holding my breath at this stage on an update. Just thought I would show what I had done. I need to make another key board before I can go much further though.

I know that Dirk have the new version running on his PC till some months because I've reported a special bug in september and he test my fsif file on the new version without problems ...Does Anybody know when we can expext a new release ?BOB

The problem is that Dirk is only one person and what he offers to us is from his free time. As he builds his cockpit, as he spends time in his hobby, we also gain from FsBus project. We can't expect the same things as in a payware product, or as in a team freeware project. It will be very very nice, if could be different with a faster progress and other people helping him, but it's not :-(He have to wait Dirk's next move !!Eddie ArmaosAthens - Greece

don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking him - I just feel when it's a one person show to not expect anything - then you are not disappointed. When it happens I will be really happy, and thank him - as I certainly haven't seen him post since I have been building :)He's certainly done a wonderful job thus far.

As big fan of FSBUS I'm really happy of the great work of Dirk and excited to try a new release ...Merry ChrismasBOB

has anyone actually made a complete fsif.ini file yet?

I wonder ,guys if somebody of you implemented Fsbus ccc in your cockpits already and if so ,what specific, and what are your desighns and imprssions?I didnt badly needed ccc until now ,but yet comming close to overhead desighn wonder if thats usable so farThe alternative can be simple electrical logic circuits--timers ,swithes ,relays and soAny input welcome

Well that's my one so far above. In a nutshell - yes it works, but it's rather simplistic - for the simple fact that if you still turn all the switches on regardless of order it will run.The above example bascially goes from battery, fuel pump, to start the apu, then start the engines, as well as the avionic switch. It will also allow engines to be started if one of the engine air is on - though I'm not sure if that's correct or not.

> I wonder ,guys if somebody of you implemented Fsbus ccc in>your cockpits already and if so ,what specific, and what are>your desighns and imprssions?I started something like the ON737 from the IOCards guys:i designed the whole NG electric system, fuel system and apu.But i stopped once i saw that literally nothing worked. No pun intended on Dirk, it's just a statement: since practically nothing works, it is no sense to go on designing.I can't even know if what i have works :(

Tnx for the replays ,guys,--may be we will have some more here in future and even some working examplesAs far i can see yet, may be good idea is to mix pure hardware solutions with some working Fsbus ccc futuresCouple of 555 timers and some swithes and relays can do the job attached to working part of ccc logic and Fsbus routerAs to you, Binkles,--nice job-- by the way i did find some saved by me,yet expiered, ccc examples published on this forumIf you will dropp an e-mail to me i will atach them into replaymy email [email protected]
