January 28, 200521 yr Hi all,i just installed the P8R FMC and i have some questions:- Is it possible to load the flight plan in FreeFD ND when this is installed in a different pc from the fmc?- I noticed i must run FreeFD ND after exporting the flight plan from the fmc to make the ND reading it. Is there a way to solve this and make it updating while running?- Can i fuel the aircraft directly from the fmc fuel section ? It seems to be a read string onlyThanks in advance for helpDylan
January 28, 200521 yr Dylan, It is possible to load the flightplan on the FreeFd ND on a different PC, but it requires you to adjust some registry-keys. Or you can install the FreeFd ND over the network from the PC where you are running the P8R FMC. Indeed it is a fact that the ND has to start over before it loads an altered flightplan. We had made the request on the FreeFD forum for a hotkey to load a new flightplan, but i never got an answer on that. I just saw the website is online again, so maybe youl post a question to ? Nope can't do, you have to fuel the plane like you allways did , with a fueling truck ;-)......(I wrote the most part of the manual and helped developing and troubleshooting the P8R FMC.) regards Gert Polkerman
January 29, 200521 yr Maybe this should have been a new post? After reading the above and seeing FreeFD is up and running again I found it.Dan's new address for his FreeFD is http://freefd.homeunix.comThere is nothing to download but yet. I am very grateful to him for putting up a new site and his continued work on this great free software. The Porcupine, aka Simon Webb

Restart ND and you should be golden. 10700k / Gigabyte 3060
