Hi All, I refrained myself until now to either post on this subject or do anything else but today I finally filed following claim at Pay Pal: After checking internet forums and few e-mail exchanges, I did buy From Being Seen Tech. on 14.02.05 EL sheets and dimmable transformer and made the payment with the note 'FedEx shipment'. According the e-mail offer: "Hello Samin, Total cost for the customizeable EL sheets, in white, with the 12V/220VAC inverter and connection materials, free tech support. total = $307.51 plus shipping. Airmail shipping - 7 - 11 days - $39.55 (no tracking number, no insurance) FEDEX shipping - 2-3 days - $98.84 (comes with a tracking number and insurance for $300.00) total with airmail = $345.06 total with FEDEX = $404.51 Please send the money through paypal to: [email protected]. The materials are ready to ship immediately. thanks Ed Being Seen Tech" On 18.02.05 I asked for tracking nr, no answer, 21.02.05 resent the mail and received following: "#### Samim, Please accept our apologies, our paypal account was not accessible for the past 8 days. I have been on the phone with paypal several times and it has been cleared up finally. Your package was shipped on Saturday afternoon and should arrive in 2 days. thanks Ed" On 27.02 I wrote: "Hi Ed, Can you please give me the shipment number from FedEx so I can track it. I still did not receive it and that is not normal, I paid $ 60 more to receive it in 2 days and it is slower than normal mail. Regards, Samim" I have received no answer also to the follow up mails on 28.02 and 01.03.I finally called on 03.03.05 and got the answer that he is resending it that evening, he had some problems with FedEx, Germany doesn't like black boxes(??) and I should be receiving it guaranteed in 2-3 days. On the 10.03 I wrote: "Hi Ed, I thought you might want to know. I still didn't receive the order you said you were going to ship last thursday with FedEx. All,Have others had issues with this firm as well? I ordered an 8.5 by 12 sheet and inverter on June 16th. After two weeks I called him (Ed) and he told me that the shipment came back to him as undeliverable (he had my correct address). He stated he would reship that day and I should have it in two to three days. Still no joy - pushing a month since my order. Anyone had a similar experience? Can anyone recommend an alternate source?Thanks.

That will be my next course of action if I don't get a satisfactory ansswer today on status.
