April 16, 200521 yr Looking at the various options for USB controller boards (mainly for the axes to convert a Suncom Talon stick and split throttle to USB - and add a couple of extra things)Looking at the MJoy board and Beta Innovations options as well as CH products stand alone board etc...Was wondering about the significance of 16bit axes versus 8bit, i.e. 1024 values against 256.Does FS and other sims recognise the higher number of steps or are they limited to 8bit values. The MJoy is currently at the top of my list because of the number of axes, buttons and low cost, and is 16bit anyway - but just interested.Thanks.
