April 19, 200521 yr Hi,with the release of new SB3, i decided to expand my current Fsbus system (MCP+1 EFIS) and make operational my radios in pedestal and also i started to work with Copilot's EFIS.So i found the opportunity to fix some minor problems i had in my MCP and Captain's EFIS to make them 100% operational. You know some cables that was in the "air", a pushbutton had a problem in the PCB's lines etc. After many many hours, i finally make them work. But there is some problems i need your help !!The led of V/S pushbutton is operational and it works in FsBus's led tests. But when i'm making test flights and push v/s, the led is dead!V/S works fine and the aircraft starts the climb or the descent, i can read the number 1 in Fsbus's LED yellow box, also it is on the V/S led in PM's MCP, but not in my h/w led. Do you know what causing this? Why the led is working in LED tests and not in flight? My 2nd question is about the Copilot's F/D. Do you know the Fsuipc offset for the Copilot's F/D led?The 04F0 offset for MCU/FCU Lights has the number 12 for F/D, but this is only for Captain. When having different F/D for copilot which offset is in use?regardsEddie ArmaosAthens-Greece
April 19, 200521 yr Hi EddieAbout your first questioncheck vs leds assighment in fsbusHas to be FS.PM.MCP_FCU.LightsBoeing.VSIf no luck try to connect this led to enother FSled outputUnfortunatly have no idea about the second questionBy the way did you edited the fb2 file for SB3 transponder indent and other functions? If so, would be nice to have those lines for FB2 fileRegards
April 19, 200521 yr Author Hi Yoss,i will work on this and i will report back if there is any solution, but i'm sure that many other PM's users have already made their MCP with FsBus, and i'm looking also if they have the same problemWith Fsbus it's better to make a file named : myfsif.ini having the same format with Fsif.ini file and store there your custom offsets.Attached you can find my file, let me know if it works :-)http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/113520.txtRegardsEddie ArmaosAthens - Greece
