There is no "you have to".You essentially (try to) get what you want.In order to recreate the displays of a Boeing (airbus too) cockpit, you will need at least 3 displays (make it 4 for complete correction). This can be achieved in many ways: two computers with dual-head cards, or three pcs, or 4 pcs.In each case the computing power required is rather poor (pentium 3 700mhz is usually overkill) and a gf2mx should do the work. This is for the glasscockpit modules. For MCP and FMC a stronger computer system is recommended: 1ghz cpu and 256/512mb ram (to run both on the same pc, otherwise again a 500mhz cpu is good enough they usually says a p2 266 can do it).Better ask on the PM forum anyway.

If you already have some old PCs, you can try work with them and then in the feature you can upgrade them. * My primary pc where i'm running FS2004 and MCP is a P4 3ghz with 2gb ram and ATI9600XT* The Captain's PFD & ND is running on a P4 1,7 withb 512ram* The EICAS and CDU on a Celeron450 with GF2 and 384mb ram* And finally the First Officer's PFD & ND on a Celeron 400.I need to have also a 5th pc for FsInn, PMgetweather, servinfo or whazzup and other programs. For PMsystems maybe i need one more pc (No6).Eddie ArmaosAthens-Greece
