>Appears that iocards site has been hacked>>OpenCockpits>Title Date >WEB HACKEADA BY DesTroy 2005-08-04 15:30:19 If the opencockpits guys upgraded their PHPNuke or used something else, this wouldnt be an issue every month :)betainnovations.com opens fine for me, could be a network problem somewhere in the net between you and the site..//Tuomas

the opencockpits main page is offen the target of piracy ...Don't know what pleasure go these hackers to spend time to hack a home-cockpit website ???!!!The only thing you can do is to add to your favorite a link of a another page then the main one which is most of all the unique to be hacked. so you can pass around the problem hehe :-)BOBPS there system seem to be quite unprotected ...

>the opencockpits main page is offen the target of piracy ...>>Don't know what pleasure go these hackers to spend time to>hack a home-cockpit website ???!!!They just find the page with google (they search for "PHPNuke") and run a script to change the front page. PHPNuke is a web content management system that has had its share of security problems due to sloppy coding by the developers, though those have afaik been fixed in later releases..>The only thing you can do is to add to your favorite a link of>a another page then the main one which is most of all the>unique to be hacked. so you can pass around the problem heheWell, as a user it does concern me a LOT since I am running the iocards software hosted on that server. Who knows if those are "safe" now?>PS there system seem to be quite unprotected ...Their system has several known security holes that have been fixed in later releases. I wish they upgraded their site instead of just copying back the files every time. Otherwise it'll never end.//Tuomas
