A new util for FSimultaror...FSRemoteJoy

Featured Replies

Our friend Juan R. Ascanio has developed the Beta version of FSRemote for joysticks (including IOCard USBAxes).FSRemoteJoy is an free utility that lets us to connect any joystick in a network with FS simulator, sending commands (axes, buttons or simulator commands) through IOCPServer.Download it from IOCPserver official site : http://www.iocpserver.com

I don't mean to sound negative, just curious:Why would I want to do that ?

Maybe because many people have 2-3 old joysticks with gameport and in this way can connect them to other pcs and use the axes or buttons ?Maybe because can use to another pc a 2nd yoke and/or pedals for F/O ?Eddie ArmaosAthens-Greece

How about a DC-10 or old 747 cockpit - your flight engineer panel could be in another city at your friends house while you fly and he monitors stuff..SIOC makes it possible since it is all network transparent... Just need to think outside the box.. :-)//Tuomas

Yes !!i like this approach captains!!!Of course in the same logic, i will try to make one step more and complete the image by adding the F/O also in another city viewing also sceneries, move etc, having also his own controls? Right :-beerchugEddie ArmaosAthens-Greece
