Aircraft Fasteners Replica

Featured Replies

I want to share with you, my last good news, about aircraft fasteners replica.I'm a new owner of Engravity's Overhead and it is really an excellent product, i recommend to every 737 cockpit builder.I was looking for the aircraft fasteners replica, but the ones Engravity is selling are out of my budget, for a complete 737NG cockpit, as i need many of them also for AFT overhead, pedestal etc.So i made many of these fasteners, and the result is perfect!! The fasteners are designed for a standard M4 screw and i only have to paint them in Boeing's grey color RAL7011.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/158078.jpgEddie Armaos

Ok, more, MORE, MoRe details please !! :)YOU made these ? How ?

Very nice. I had thought about these a while ago, and also thought it would be cool if someone could come up with a way to mass produce these in injection molded plastic. You need a LOT of them for a typical cockpit...http://higlet.com/images/show03.jpg

THose look very good. I used 1/4"x20 black hex-head cap scews for many of my panels that didn't have the Dutz fasteners included.Wow.
