October 18, 200619 yr As a flightdeck builder, I am concerned about the lack of view adjustments in FSX.I normally fly in 2D mode with no instrument panel since I use the PM RJ. In FSX, outside views do not align when using the 45 degree and 90 degree views. I have read a few other posts in Avsim forums that 2d views can not be adjusted in FSX. I'm interested to know if other flightdeck builders have noticed this limitation in FSX. Especially those using multiple projectors or monitors for the front and two 45 degree views. Any information will be helpful when sending this problem to [email protected] big step backwards for us if views are in fact not adjustable. Regards,Richard
October 24, 200619 yr Hi,I have 2004 and X. I can say that X handles Muliple Monitors/screens alot bether also in "2D mode". You can ajust the view much smoother than in fs2004.Gery
October 24, 200619 yr Hi Gery,My searching has revealed that the only way to align the screens is by using the Zoom feature. For me, a zoom of .72 aligns the views. May not be the perfect solution, but it does work.Regards,Richard

Not only it give you better view of the instruments in VC but also gives better impression of speed during approach. At least so it seems to me.George DorkofikisAthens, Hellashttp://online.vatsimindicators.net/811520/1704.png
October 30, 200619 yr Can you use 2D screens? I don't need or want a VC panel with my real panel. Also, what about detaching windows and moving them to second and third monitors?John JohnMy first SIM was a Link Trainer.
