Geforce 3 Overclock

Featured Replies

Hi, does anyone know of a good tweak utility for a Winfast Geforce 3 card. I had NVMAX 4 and when updating my drivers to the new 40.41, my NVMAX is not compatible for it. I had my settings set as clock speed 250 and memory 250. Know my card is set to default and I do not have any uitility to boost it up to that level again. Any advise?ThanksBill

Our friend Elrond has posted the new Coolbits reg key for enabling the hidden driver features inside the 40.41s. It includes the known Coolbits reg key for overclocking and it even has a refresh tool inside. Unless you wanna go for all the cryptic settings, there is no need anymore for any tweakers.Go to this thread:http://ftp.avsim.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboa...orum=DCForumID6Alex

Before you turn it off completely go to your BIOS and set the Aperture Size to 16 or 8 MB. See what it does for you, does not help on all machines.Alex
