Gerrish Gray just released Version 3 of his fantastic trees. So what? you say. Well -- if you fly any of the GZR_Sceneries you are using Gerrish Gray's trees. This new release will upgrade all GZR_Scenery trees or any other author using his trees to become state of the art. Just download his new release and follow the readme. Not only will you get better trees but the frame rates go up as well. Technical stuff: The .api's (which the scenery design program uses to place the trees is much larger.) But, the textures the end user loads is cut in to half size of the previous issue. That means better trees at half the CPU load. Neat. Just finished changing over all my sceneries to his Version three. Outstanding. Oh, yeah -- and it's free.Opps, almost forgot. Thank you Mr. Gerrish Gray. Frenchy -- out.

Yes, his trees are great. I wish more sceneries used them. Some sceneries still use the old FS98 flat trees.Lee
