Featured Replies

Hello pilots,It's my GREAT pleasure to finally announce that AmericanAirlines Virtual is in FULL SERVICE! After a successful merger with AirPUERTORICO Airlines, we are proud to be back in full swing with the BEST PILOTS and STAFF on the Internet!Feel free to search our website www.aavirtual.com and get to know a bit about us! We have a very tightly knit group where friendship and respect is our number ONE priority!Once again, let me welcome you all to AmericanAirlines Virtual and let's all "Fly the Virtual Skies!"

This is a great VA to be in: A flame free, friendly community, great aircraft, panels and sounds available (no searching has to be done), a comprehensive timetable in effect (if the real AA flies it, so can you!), and basically everything you could need in a VA :)http://www.aavirtual.com/images/aav2207_banner.gif

There here darren just hiding hehe Come and join us its a great place to be ! :D be a part of the family :-beerchugwww.aavirtual.com

I looked at your website guys. It's beautiful! My compliments to your web designer(s). I am interested in participating in a VA eventually, but at this point, I can barely land the Cessna 172 without coming down sideways ;).KP

Thanks for your nice comments, KP...Hey, we all were like you once when the moment we landed a C172 put a HUGE grin of satisfaction on our face! :-)Actually, the ATR-42 is a very docile plane and it's the plane of choice for our new pilot checkride so once you feel you can handle it, give us a try my friend! We will help you get you started with the bigger planes and really make you enjoy FS2002 even more! :-)

Thanks very much Efrain, I think I'll do that. I'll download the ATR from your site and check it out. I will be in touch with you soon I'm sure :)KP

Hmmm, I've discovered once again why it was a mistake to buy the Standard edition of FS instead of the Professional. I downloaded the ATR but when I use it there are no gauges, etc. Have to see if I can find some that will work in the standard edition.KP

I'm going to see if Babbages will let me exchange my copy of FS standard (just bought it last week) for a copy of FS Pro. That should solve the problem. Wish me luck ;)KP

YES! HURRY!! I think you have 10 days to take it back for a full refund or an exchange!! FS2002 PRO is the way to go buddy!

The closest Babbages is about 45 miles from here. I have to work tomorrow, so my parents are going to exchange it for me. I called Babbages today and asked if I could still exchange it. They told me I could, although I know I'm already a few days past the deadline. Hopefully, after tomorrow (Saturday) I'll have a copy of FS 2002 Pro.KP

Well, Babbages exchanged it no questions asked. I'll get installed tomorrow so I can start trying out some of these great planes I'm missing out on now. I'll give that ATR a try and see how it goes.KP
