June 18, 200223 yr some simple questions i have:1. is there any VA that uses the C421 or for that matter other fine payware a/c (like the Cheyenne, etc.)?2. If not to #1, im thinking and have been toying with the idea of opening an air charter/taxi VA - that would use commercial payware a/c like the above and more GA style a/c - do you all think there would be an interest?3. somewhat o/t , but the C421 seats 6 pax with 2 crew, is it lawful to have a passenger up front (in the copilots seat?) even though no copilot is needed for the flight? in other words are you allowed to have a pax when you don't have a copilot riding along??thanksBrian Sciao!Brian S Ciao!
June 20, 200223 yr Hi,I don't know of any that use the -421. But the CEO-Chairman of the Virtual United Airlines Corp. and I are in the last stages of developing a virtual charter company that would use payer aircraft like the -421 and -115TC. Not painted in UAL colors but painted in corporate schemes. We are looking for a VP to help us out. Interested?I used to fly a -421 for a company not too long ago. Usually the pax would not sit in the F/O seat. It all depends on the operator, and there SOP.
June 20, 200223 yr Author I must be dense! i just thought of 2 myself!www.pierglass.comwww.johnbmays.com (Richmond Air) you have to wait until the flash intro loads until you can get it, as for your offer... mm tempting, i love puting together routes, how much work would this take. also im a stickler in realism, i don't like it when pilots can choose the same route, and i think that all a/c need to start where they were at the last airport. and im really big promoter of using FSMaintanence, definatley adds an edgeciao!Brian S Ciao!
