September 22, 200223 yr While I don't have Windows 2000, I have a couple of friends who do. They've all installed SP3 with no problems. Some, I -believe- have reported a few fixes in FS2k2 with it.Ryan-Flightpro08 :-coolVATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Controller 1 (C-1)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com]Taxiwaysigns.com Scenery Designer-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 29.42 WHQL Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition SP1*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 11298
September 22, 200223 yr I just had to rebuild my system due to hard drive failure, so I reinstalled Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 3. FS2002 has never ran smoother. I have not experienced any problems whatsoever.I do know this for anyone loading Windows 2000 Pro for the first time. If you do not load the Service Pack 3 (Includes all previous Service Packs), you may experience some weird graphic distortions of the outside scenery when viewing from the cockpit. I have the Visiontek Ti4600 128 MB graphic card, and until I loaded the Service Pack, I had the graphic problems. After Service Pack 3, everything was beautiful and smooth.GO FOR IT!Keith
