Just curious - the review was perfect, no complaints at all from the reviewer, yet he gives it only a 4 out of 5 with no explaination for taking away the 5th star?Can someone comment on this?Ryan

Hi Ryan,When a member of the staff has finished writing their review, it is then rated on a system that will depict the overall star award given to the product. Where as a reviewer has said "it is perfect in every aspect" it still might not be of a 5 star standard. One area that we look at when considering our star rating is, "Does this product break the boundries of areas never yet seen?" That in my opinion is where the review will dictate being a 5 star review.
