After upgrading my system from an Athalon 700, I am now able to push the terrain detail to the max. Now I'm ready for some new mesh. I thought I had heard of someone doing mesh for the entire USA, but I'm having trouble finding the link. Of course freeware is preferred, but I don't mind ponying up some cash for a good product.

For what it's worth, I use Eddy Denney's mesh (16 files) and FSGenenis' mesh and prefer the latter. I use it for all of the US and Alaska/Yukon. After a lot of research, I must say that I am going with FS Genesis...probably today. If you buy the Galaxy subscription, which is the best value from anybody, you will get more than you would from anybody in any software market for any software add-on to anything LOL. There is alot of good research material on FSGENESIS's website as well.
